At NAOKO-STORE, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form or packing slip inside the box.

Ship the Items

Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
